Precision Cooling Towers can Design, Fabricate and Build your New Cooling Tower
Cooling Tower Design
You know your process; we know our towers. Provide us with your design parameters (Return Temps, Supply Temps, Wet Bulb Temps and Heat Load Requirements) along with any particulars on the installation site such as space limitations, Hp limitations or special material requirements and our design team will take it from there! Whether it’s a replacement for an existing tower or a greenfield project for a plant expansion, we will custom design a tower to fit your needs. We don’t “catalog” our towers and require you to pick one that comes the closest to suit your needs. Every new cooling tower is custom designed to meet your requirements and specifications. We can supply both Cross Flow and Counter Flow type towers constructed from treated lumber or fire retardant fiberglass. Contact our experienced staff today to see how we can help with your new cooling tower design.
Cooling Tower Fabrication
Once we have agreed on all phases of the project, our design team will move forward with providing detailed General Arrangement drawings for your review and approval. Once the drawings are approved, our state-of-the-art fabrication facility will begin the prompt and accurate fabrication of your tower package. We will provide you with periodic updates on the progress and invite you to tour our facilities during the fabrication process. Once fabrication is complete, we will carefully inspect, package and deliver all components to your site for receipt by our experienced construction crews.
Cooling Tower Construction
Upon receipt of your tower package at the site, our experienced crew will carefully unload, sort and inventory all components, inspecting for any shipment damage. Tower erection time is kept to a minimum due to preassembly of all major components ahead of time, adjacent to the tower basin. This allows us to install a tower in days instead of weeks or weeks instead of months; depending on the size of the tower. Prefabrication of the tower components and hoisting into place is also much safer than the old “stick built” method still used by most contractors. We will complete your new tower project on time and on budget in the safest manner possible!
